An industry veteran, Graceanne has worked alongside Danny Meyer, Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Tom Colicchio to develop and operate award-winning hospitality concepts. What gets her skipping to work is finding ways to bring joy through unexpected hospitality moments and discovering how to make work not “work” for every member on the team – past and present. Chrissa began her career at Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality as a chef’s assistant overseeing special projects at Riverpark. Her curious intelligence then led her through every front-of-house role to fully understand service. She then joined the opening management team of Loring Place, Dan Kluger’s first restaurant. Constant devotion to community drew her to Toklas Society, a non-profit that fostered professional development for women in the hospitality industry, where she developed programming. Anthony has spent more than 13 years behind the bar developing beverage programs for restaurants and hotels around the world. He discovered his love for cocktails in London at the Michelin-starred 1 Lombard Street, then honed his skills at The Modern, Armani Ristorante, Baccarat Hotel and Chefs Club. Debra has more than 15 years of experience in luxury hotel and restaurant brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Fontainebleau, EDITION, Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality, as well as launching new business models for Dean & Deluca retail stores across the country. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chris led two New York Times 3-Star restaurants – The Modern and Craft. He is a passionate and creative culinary veteran with diverse experience, from fine dining and fast-casual concepts to developing and executing CPG in the food space. Perfect Snack: PB&J
Since his first job washing dishes in his family’s restaurant on Long Island at age 12, Scott knew the hospitality business was in his blood and owned his own restaurant before moving to Manhattan. Scott worked at Gramercy Tavern for 22 years, where he worked his way up to General Manager. He loves to work out and travel the world with his husband Paul. Angel’s passion for service can be traced back to her childhood. Always quick to lend a hand in school or eager to help plan a memorable experience for friends and family, naturally, she fell into hospitality. With more than 15 years of experience behind the bar and managing restaurants, Angel opened Bergamo’s before joining the Events Team. Outside of the office, Angel is still committed to service as a volunteer with SocialTees Animal Rescue in the East Village. First Job: Balloon Master
With more than 15 years of experience working in restaurants, James found his passion in beverage. To hone his skills, he worked his way up through every position of the bar team at the two-Michelin starred restaurant The Modern. Originally from Long Island, he spent many harvests on local vineyards learning about and making wine. Home Team: New York Knicks
